These Terms of Use govern your use of Wheneri. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

About Wheneri

Wheneri is a minimalist app for tracking things you do, when you did them last, and when it may be time to do them again.

Wheneri is provided as a personal productivity tool. It is not intended to provide medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or professional advice.

Free and Pro Features

Wheneri may offer free features and optional Pro features. Pro features may include additional functionality such as notes, insights, and other premium features added over time.

Access to Pro features may require an in-app purchase, such as a monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or lifetime purchase.

Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Payment is charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account when the purchase is confirmed.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Lifetime Purchase

Wheneri may offer a lifetime purchase option. A lifetime purchase provides access to Pro features for the lifetime of the Wheneri app, subject to these terms and continued availability of the app.

Lifetime access does not guarantee that every possible future product, service, platform, or separate app will be included.

Prices and Changes

Prices may vary by country, platform, currency, taxes, and app store rules.

Wheneri may change pricing or available purchase options in the future. Any subscription price changes will be handled according to the rules of Apple App Store or Google Play.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund requests are handled by the store where the purchase was made and are subject to that store’s refund policies.

Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the app or move to a new device, you may be able to restore purchases using the restore purchase option, subject to Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat purchase records.

Your Data

You are responsible for the content you create in Wheneri.

App data is stored locally on your device. Depending on your device and operating system settings, your data may also be included in system backup services such as iCloud or Android backup.

Wheneri does not provide its own cloud sync or backup service.

Wheneri is not responsible for data loss caused by device issues, app deletion, operating system behavior, disabled backup settings, or other factors outside our control.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

Availability

Wheneri may be updated, changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time. Some features may change or be removed in future versions.

No Warranty

Wheneri is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wheneri and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the app.

Apple and Google

If you downloaded Wheneri from Apple App Store or Google Play, your use of the app is also subject to the applicable store terms and policies.

Changes

These Terms of Use may be updated in the future. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
